Phase 1 - Foundation

Every strong project starts with the groundwork.

Phase 1 is about establishing Forgeon as a brand, growing the community, and building awareness around what we are creating.

This is where we bring in the earliest supporters, the people who see the vision before the product is fully live.

The focus in this phase is presence, consistency, and making sure the right people know Forgeon exists and understand what it is building. Phase 2 - Genesis

Phase 2 is where things get real. The Forgeon Genesis Collection launches in this phase, bringing together our earliest holders and generating the funds that go directly into launchpad development.

This is the most important step before the platform goes live because it is what makes everything after it possible.

The Genesis mint is not just a collection launch. It is the moment the Forgeon ecosystem officially begins.

Phase 3 - Beta

With the Genesis collection live and development funded, Phase 3 shifts focus to the launchpad itself.

The platform enters beta and early testing begins.

This phase is about making sure everything works the way it should before the doors open to the public.

There is more happening in this phase that has not been announced yet. Details will be revealed when the time is right but Genesis holders will want to pay attention when this phase arrives.

Phase 4 - Public Launch

Forgeon opens to the public. The launchpad is live, projects can begin launching on the platform, and holder benefits start rolling out.

Multi-chain expansion begins in this phase as we start onboarding support for additional chains beyond MegaETH.

Phase 4 is not the end of the roadmap. It is the beginning of what Forgeon actually becomes as a platform.

Everything built before this point was preparation. This is where the real growth starts.
